Omy gosh this is such a great facility the doctors are great I see Dr. Madison Zaferatos She is An Awesome Dr. If you need a good DR. I definitely recommend any Dr's Here But I Prefer Her I Travel 1hour just to keep her as my Dr.. She listens to your needs and offer you the best advice and medications for your Health.. I definitely give her five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first visit was a positive experience overall. The receptionist was welcoming and clearly explained the process for applying for assistance without insurance. The nurse was friendly, professional, and provided excellent care during my physical. My only concern was during the blood draw. The needle had already been removed from its sterile packaging before I was seated. For patient safety and reassurance, it should remain sealed and be opened in front of the patient. After I politely requested a new unopened needle, the phlebotomist kindly accommodated my request. Overall, the staff was courteous and professional, and I appreciate the care I received.

I was late for my appointment but Jazmin still got me into her schedule. She is easy to talk to, very friendly and understanding. Knowledge of her work is A+

I had an amazing experience at Family Health Source Primary Care. The staff was kind, welcoming, and truly made me feel cared for from the moment I walked in. I especially want to recognize Janice at the front desk — she went above and beyond to help me with my health concerns and took the time to guide me in the right direction to Dr. Bowers. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference in my visit. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful and I’m very grateful for such compassionate and helpful staff.

JANICE _ whom sits in the front office is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. She is super professional, welcomes patients and doesnt talk on her personal cell phone while the waiting room is full. She needs a promotion with how professional is really is. Believe it or not but , she is actually the face of the practice, because shes the first person patients see and she is always welcoming when anyone walks in. I have have a terrible experience with the Spanish receptionist, rude and she was violating patients HIPA rights. And the always gossip , very unprofessional.
